Michal Fishel Bartal, MD is a faculty member in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at both McGovern Medical School, University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer, affiliated with the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Fishel Bartal completed her OB/GYN residency at Sheba Medical Center in Israel and a Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at UTHealth in Houston. Her clinical and research interests focus on high-risk pregnancies, particularly the management of diabetes in pregnancy, hypertensive disorders including preeclampsia, preterm birth, and obstetric and medical emergencies during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
