Macy Afsari, BS (she/her/hers)

University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center

Macy Afsari is a fourth-year medical student at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. A Michigan native, she graduated from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2021 with a degree in biochemistry and medical anthropology. Her research focus in medical school has been the treatment of substance use disorder in pregnancy. She is an obstetrics and gynecology residency applicant in the current cycle.
