Albert Einstein College of Medicine
Jessica Hecht is a fourth-year medical student at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she is currently completing a five-month research fellowship in maternal morbidity and quality improvement. Her work has focused on identifying risk factors for adverse maternal outcomes and exploring opportunities to strengthen systems of obstetric care.
Throughout medical school, Jessica has been actively involved in research, advocacy, and mentorship. She has served as a peer tutor and as an elected student senator for medical education, collaborating with faculty and administrators to improve the learning environment. She is eager to continue developing as a clinician and researcher while contributing to efforts that advance maternal health and equity.
