Alisse Hauspurg MD, MS is an Assistant Professor of Maternal Fetal Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology at Brown University Women and Infants Hospital. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Pennsylvania then attended medical school at Yale University. She completed her ObGyn residency at Brown University / Women and Infants Hospital and her MFM fellowship at Magee-Womens Hospital of the University of Pittsburgh. Her research interests focus on mechanisms leading to cardiovascular disease after hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and development of innovative and community-partnered postpartum interventions to improve short and long-term maternal cardiovascular health.
