I am a Resident Doctor in Medical Genetics and Genomics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, and a Fellow in Prenatal Diagnosis and Therapy at the University of California, San Francisco. Prior to residency and while obtaining my MD/PhD degree, my research endeavors centered around understanding the developmental origins of health and disease, with a focus on postnatal environmental influences on infant immune development. Now, as a postdoctoral fellow, I have turned my attention to the prenatal period of development and characterizing genetic determinants of fetal and maternal health.
