Claire McIlwraith, MD is a 3rd year fellow at the University of Alabama at Birmingham affiliated with the Center for Women's Reproductive Health. She completed her training at the UAB Heersink School of Medicine for medical school and at the UAB Department of OBGYN for residency. Her research interests include maternal morbidity and mortality, social determinants of healty, diabetes in pregnancy, and preterm birth. She will remain at the University of Alabama at Birmingham as faculty next year.
