Dr. Meghan Taylor is a second year Maternal Fetal Medicine fellow at the Mayo Clinic. Torn between OB and general surgery, Dr. Taylor completed two years of general surgery residency in Massachusetts prior to competion of her OB/GYN residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo where she served as administrative chief resident and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Society. She graduated medical school from the University of Miami and completed her undergraduate degree at Boston College. She is a Minnesota native.
Meg remains a fervent surgical enthusiast and lover of all things surgery with an additional passion for critical care. Research interests include placenta accreta spectrum and placental pathology, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, postpartum hemorrhage and quality improvement.
