Dr. Tamar Shyldkrot, MD, is a resident physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wolfson Medical Center, Israel. She is actively involved in clinical care, medical education, and research, with a strong focus on maternal–fetal medicine, surgical gynecology, and simulation-based training for obstetric emergencies.
Her current research includes prospective and randomized studies in maternal diabetes management, fear of childbirth, and minimally invasive gynecologic therapies such as micro-ablative CO₂ laser for stress urinary incontinence. In addition, she conducts research on placenta-related pathologies and their impact on pregnancy outcomes, aiming to improve diagnosis and management strategies.
