Samantha P. Gottlieb, BS, is a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Sociology and Chemistry from Duke University in 2024.
Since October 2024, Samantha has worked on the Chicago Perinatal Origins of Disease (CPOD) study, which investigates how social, environmental, and biological factors shape maternal and child health. In this role, she supports participant engagement, conducts developmental assessments, and manages biological sample processing.
Her professional interests center on maternal-child health, social determinants of health, and translational research. Samantha plans to begin medical school in Fall 2026.
