Arlin Delgado, M.D. is a third-year maternal-fetal medicine fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. She received her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and completed her residency training at the University of South Florida. Her research focuses on understanding cardiometabolic processes and adaptations in pregnancy, particularly early gestational weight gain and its impact on perinatal outcomes. She aims to translate this knowledge into improved counseling and education for patients to help prevent adverse outcomes.
