To identify key prenatal ultrasound findings that raise suspicion for ACH and prompt further diagnostic evaluation
Practical approach to prenatal genetic testing and the role of MFM
Early-life complications in achondroplasia (e.g., foramen magnum/spinal canal considerations, Obstructive sleep apnea) that reinforce urgency for timely referral to expert centers/specialist for managed care and early intervention
Genetic counselling to include treatment availability at birth- consulting International consensus treatment guidelines to refer as soon as suspicious of ACH prenatally and start treatment as early as possible
