Christina Herrera, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in high-risk pregnancy, prenatal diagnosis, placenta accreta spectrum disorders, preeclampsia, and fetal growth restriction. Dr. Herrera’s research interests include understanding the placenta in healthy and diseased states, placenta accreta spectrum disorders, and new applications of imaging and genomic technology in placental function.
