The simulation leadership team encompassing Drs. Jason Vaught, Meredith Birsner, Angela Shaddeau, Ayisha Buckley, Dena Goffman, and Shad Deering. They individually and collectively have an enormous amount of experience regarding simulation, debriefing, and maternal critical illness. Their cummilative interest include obstetric clritical care, postpartum hemorrhage, maternal cardiac arrest, sepsis, and substane use disorders.

Further, they have created and gathered a team of maternal fetal medicine leaders and experts to work as debriefers, faciliators, and instructors within the course. The simulation team is incredibly diverse within training background and demographic location.
