Maya Nitecki is a second-year Obstetrics and Gynecology resident at Duke University Hospital. She completed her medical degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel and earned a Master of Public Health at Tel Aviv University. Her research interests include maternal cardiometabolic risk stratification in pregnancy, gestational glucose tolerance, and long-term maternal health outcomes.
