Laura La Porte, LCSW, PMH-C is the Clinical Research Manager for the Perinatal Wellness Program at Endeavor Health, where she manages the Illinois MOMS 24/7 Perinatal Depression and Anxiety Hotline. She has 20 years of experience in perinatal mental health research, clinical practice, and program implementation.
Her work centers on expanding access to evidence-based treatment for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through task sharing, telemedicine, and statewide quality improvement initiatives. Laura serves as Clinical Lead and Co-Investigator on the Scaling Up Maternal Mental Healthcare by Increasing Access to Treatment (SUMMIT) trial and is leading efforts to translate its findings into implementation across Illinois in partnership with the Illinois Perinatal Quality Collaborative and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Laura earned her Master’s in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago and holds Perinatal Mental Health Certification through Postpartum Support International. She is dedicated to training non-specialist providers and advancing equitable, sustainable models of maternal mental healthcare delivery.
