I am a first-year OB/GYN resident at Bridgeport Hospital. I graduated with my medical degree from the Dominican Republic. Before starting my residency, I worked as a research assistant at Saint Francis Hospital under the guidance of Dr. Veronica Pimentel. I focused on quality improvement projects, particularly related to postpartum care and improving outcomes for patients. I’m passionate about maternal health, health equity, and strengthening care through patient-centered, evidence-based approaches. As I continue my training, I’m excited to contribute to meaningful improvements in women's health both locally and globally.
