Donna Heesue Kim, BS, is a third-year medical student at the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University. She completed her undergraduate degree at Emory University. Her research focuses on maternal health equity and the role of pediatric and family medicine providers in addressing postpartum morbidity and mortality. She hopes to pursue a career in obstetrics and gynecology or pediatrics with a focus on improving outcomes for mothers and infants.
