Resident physician
University of Chicago Medicine
Dr. Courtney Sullivan is a fourth-year resident and the administrative chief at the University of Chicago's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. A graduate of Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Sullivan has built a strong foundation in both clinical excellence and leadership while in residency as administrative chief and resident recruitment chair of the program. She is currently exploring generalist OB/Gyn positions that allow the provision of comprehensive care with a special focus on high-risk obstetrics, reproductive justice and equitable care. Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Sullivan is passionate about medical education and mentorship, consistently engaging in teaching opportunities for students and junior residents. She hopes to carry this enthusiasm into her future work as a generalist and to eventually pursue a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
