Sarah Boudova, MD, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Director of the Perinatal Global Health Program at the University of Illinois Chicaog. She completed her MD and PhD in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Indiana University, and her Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. She is a former Queenan Global Health Fellow and current member of the SMFM Global Health Committee. Her research interests involve infectious diseases, sickle cell disease, global health and pregnancy.
