Sheba Medical Center, Israel
My name is Nimrod Dori-Dayan, MD. I recently completed my Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the Joseph Buchman Gynecology and Maternity Center, Sheba Medical Center, Israel, following completion of my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sheba Medical Center in 2024. I am currently a faculty member in the Department of Medical Education at Tel Aviv University, where I am actively involved in the teaching and mentoring of medical students. Clinically, I serve as the director of the Post-Term Pregnancy Unit at Sheba Medical Center and lead a dedicated IBD in Pregnancy clinic. My primary academic and clinical interests focus on hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and the management of inflammatory bowel disease during pregnancy. In addition to my medical training, I hold dual bachelor's degrees in Linguistics and Literature, as well as in Philosophy. My professional passion lies in bridging the perspectives of the humanities with the scientific rigor of medicine, with the goal of enriching clinical practice, medical education, and physician development through interdisciplinary insight.
