Sarah Kaplan is a current first-year medical student at Emory University School of Medicine. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences. In between her undergraduate studies and medical school, she spent two years working as a clinical research coordinator (CRC) at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. As a CRC, Sarah worked on 10+ perinatal studies, but had a particular focus within the Chicago Perinatal Origins of Disease study.
