Rebecca Purvis, MD (she/her/hers)

Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellow
University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine- Knoxville

Rebecca Purvis, MD is the third year Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellow at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine- Knoxville. Originally from North Carolina, she received her Bachelor of Science in Molecular BIology at North Carolina State University and attended medical school at UNC-Chapel Hill. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Novant Health- New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. Her research interests include metabolic health, obesity, diabetes, pre-eclampsia, and substance use.
