Dr. Jacklyn Locklear completed her undergraduate degree in Zoology at the University of Florida. She then completed medical school at University of Central Florida and OB/GYN residency at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. She is currently a second year MFM Fellow at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Her clinical and research interests center on metabolic disease in pregnancy and placental pathology. Dr. Locklear’s exposure to a high-risk obstetric population throughout her residency and fellowship training has prompted her interest in a career in Fetal Surgery.
