Dr. Spielman grew up in New York City and spent her high school years in Nashville, Tennessee. She attended Washington University in St. Louis for her undergraduate studies and went on to earn her medical degree from Rutgers – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, graduating with Distinction in Research. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University, where she also stayed for fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Throughout both residency and fellowship, Dr. Spielman was recognized with multiple teaching awards for her dedication to medical education. She graduated fellowship in 2025, and now works at Georgia Perinatal Consultants, a private practice in Atlanta, Georgia.
