Miriam E. Hankins, MD is a third year Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellow at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She completed medical school and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Louisiana State University Health Shreveport. She has a passion to improve maternal health and prevent the long-term sequelea of under treated medical conditions that are oftentimes missed in pregnancy. She will be joining a practice in her hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana after graduation from fellowship. In her free time, she loves to travel with her four children and husband.
