Hee Young Cho, MD, PhD (she/her/hers)

Dr. Hee Young Cho, M.D., Ph.D. is a professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Seoul National University College of Medicine, Korea. She earned her medical degree from Yonsei University College of Medicine in 2002, where she also completed her internship, residency, and fellowship in maternal–fetal medicine. She received her master’s degree in 2006 and her Ph.D. from CHA University in 2023.

Dr. Cho’s research focuses on prenatal diagnosis, management of high-risk pregnancies, ultrasound-based fetal anomaly detection, and the application of artificial intelligence in smart healthcare systems. She is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer specializing in obstetrics and gynecology and an active member of the Korean Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her work has been recognized with over 20 awards for excellence in research presentations and publications.
