This luncheon roundtable will introduce the newly established U.S. Pregnancy After Loss Network, a national collaboration dedicated to improving care, research, and outcomes for families experiencing perinatal loss. Presenters will review the Network’s infrastructure, opportunities for institutional collaboration, and strategies to expand Pregnancy After Loss Clinics nationwide to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
The discussion will highlight emerging research, innovative clinical models, integrated mental health support, and experimental treatments currently utilized in specialized settings. A parent representative will share insights on navigating grief, mental health, and support systems following loss, emphasizing the importance of family-centered, trauma-informed care.
Led by clinic directors from Pregnancy After Loss Clinics across the country, this roundtable aims to foster dialogue, share best practices, and strengthen a national framework to advance compassionate, evidence-based care for families affected by perinatal loss.
