Proposal submissions are welcome in the following presentation formats:

The Postgraduate Course format incorporates 3.5 to 7 hours of didactic, interactive panel discussion, case studies, and hands-on demonstrations. Popular with MFM Fellows in training and faculty alike. These offer CME credit, with select courses offering AIUM Ultrasound credit.

Scientific Forums are non-CME programs allowing open discussion of research on key topics. Forums should not include keynote speakers.

SIGs are one-hour, non-CME sessions for open exchange of ideas in maternal-fetal medicine. All speakers must present in person.
We welcome short (10–20 minute) proposals on professional development, well-being, resilience, and inclusion in MFM. These are non-CME sessions.


Frequently Asked Questions

All proposals must be received by Monday, June 30, 2025 through the Call for Proposals Submission Form. Proposals outside this form will not be accepted.
Only Postgraduate Courses offer CME credit, with select sessions offering AIUM Ultrasound credit.
Submitters will be notified of the status of their proposal on Friday, August 1, 2025.
